Claris Property Management services include everything from site evaluation to project completion, green field projects to interior fit-outs, to refurbishments, revitalization projects, supervising programming, scheduling, budgeting, project execution, building construction management, manpower planning, space planning and appraisals and occupancy.

Before embarking on our task, we analyze client's requirements to work out pre-construction design, estimate, tendering and costing and then move on to the next level of construction, moving-in-stage, and finally to the post move-in-stage and monitoring assignments. 

In broad terms, we manage end-to-end procurement, design & construction, consolidation and relocation process and deliver facilities that are closely aligned with the clients' overall business objectives.
